In my Ankeny-based prenatal yoga classes, I empower women to tune into their bodies, babies, and breath. Each 75 minute class begins with time to chat with other expecting women about a topic related to pregnancy, birth, or motherhood. I share tips and tricks for labor as we move through gentle yoga poses. Each class ends with a few minutes of relaxation. EVERY (pregnant) BODY can benefit from participating in my prenatal yoga classes.
Classes are held on Sunday evenings from 6:30-7:45PM in a 6-week series. Women can join the series at any point - via the website or e-mail Melissa for more details (firstname.lastname@example.org).
